Orders

Q: What does "In Process" mean in my order details?
A:
"In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always Contact Us to make sure.

Q: Have my order been shipped?
A:
As soon as we finished the delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking number to check.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A:
If your order hasn't been shipped, it can be canceled by Contact Us. If the order is on the way, you can always make a return once your order has arrived within 30 days.

Q: What should I do if my order is incorrect or faulty?
A:
We are sorry if your product has proved faulty and would like to resolve the problem quickly for you. You can return it for a full refund, or you just keep it and we will send the right one to you!

Q: What if the item I purchased does not fit?
A: If you are not happy with the fit of your item, you are welcome to return or exchange it. All returns must include their original packaging and tags. However, customers are responsible for the return postage and ensuring the items are sent back to Beluring.

Delivery


Q: Does Beluring ship internationally?
A: Beluring provides products for US and Eu customers; other countries' delivery will be available later.

Q: What are the shipping methods?
A:
We use FBA (5-7 working days) for most locations; and for some extremely remote, we choose EMS (5-7 working days).

Q: How can I find out where my package is?
A:
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number to check at https://www.17track.net/en.

Q: What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
A:
If you're out when the order is delivered, and it's too big to put through your letterbox or needs to be signed for, the delivery provider will put a card through your letterbox with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange for it to be redelivered.

Q: Why did my order have not arrived yet?
A:
If you have allowed for the timescales and still have not received your order please Contact Us. To help us process this as quickly as possible.

Q: My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
A:
Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email from us. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please Contact Us.

 

Return & Exchange


Q: Are you sure to return within 30 days?
A:
Yes. Just return the item in its original condition for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the product.

Q: How I could return or exchange an item?
A: You can return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange for something that is just right for you. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

Q: Why I’ve only been refunded for my items but not the delivery charge?
A: We can only refund the delivery charges if the refund is caused by our side!

Q: what should I do if an incorrect amount has been refunded?
A: We apologize if we have made a mistake on your refund, please Contact Us and we will correct it as soon as possible.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving it back. But for different payment methods time for the money back to your credit card varied, please read our refund policy first.

 

Payment

Q: Is there any guidelines for Credit Card payment?
A:
For proper credit card verification, the billing address on your order must match the billing address on your credit card. Please make sure that your name and address appear exactly the same as the name on your credit card billing statement. If your card has a security code it must be entered correctly on the payment screen. If you continue to have problems, please Contact Us.

Q: Is PayPal payment safe?
A:
PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details, sending and receiving money, or accepting credit and debit cards as a seller. 

Q: Why I just cannot finish the payment according to my credit card?
A:
Please try several more times for payment because usually credit card payments cannot skip smoothly like PayPal. If it still does not work, please Contact Us.

Q: What payment methods can I use online?
A:
We accept VISA and PAYPAL for your order, please take note!

Q: Will I be charged customs and import charges?
A:
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. But for most of the countries, you will not be charged, if you have any doubt please Contact Us.
